This minor inconvenience aside, I appreciated the hotel's efforts to ensure a comfortable stay. The staff's helpful nature made up for the initial surprise.

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was not as enjoyable as I had hoped. Despite some initial promise, the hotel ultimately fell short in many areas, leaving me feeling disappointed and unsatisfied. I had been looking forward to a good stay, but unfortunately, it didn't quite live up to my expectations.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at A L Residency, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I booked, Manil was incredibly helpful, ensuring that I got the rooms I wanted. The housekeeping team, led by Mary, did an outstanding job of keeping everything spotless and tidy. The hotel's location is also a major plus, with plenty of nearby tourist attractions to explore.
