La camera accogliente è il personale che mi ha accolta e’ stato molto cordiale, professionale. Nonostante sia arrivata tardi per esigenze logistiche, c’è stata un’ottima comunicazione con il gestore che mi ha attesa senza nessun problema.La posizione favolosa vicino alla stazione Tiburtina è stata al top
“Small but beautiful, we loved our short stay here.”
The spot was perfect for train or bus travel via Tiburtina. The welcome and introduction to the accommodation were excellent, and all the facilities were very good. Breakfast worked for us, with plenty of variety, exactly what we needed before our next trip. The coffee machine seemed to be having a rough day, but we managed after a couple of tries. A bit more detail on how to find the entrance and where to ring the reception bell would help, especially after a long journey to Tiburtina—every little thing counts.
The building feels very welcoming and spotless, and it's almost right next to the Tiburtina station. The staff, Emanuele and Maria, are kind and friendly, and I'll definitely be back soon!

The room was very nice and clean. The location was excellent—just a short walk to the bus stop, metro, and taxi stand. The staff were very kind and helpful, and they sent a contact text before arrival. It’s a safe area with everything locked. The room had snacks and water that were regularly refilled. There was kitchen access with tea and a coffee machine. Next time I’d pay more attention to the breakfast options, which were mainly yogurts, crackers, jam, and Nutella—nothing like traditional Polish breakfasts in Polish hotels.
The place was clean, the bathroom and shower were great. The host was friendly and helpful. It’s very practical and close to the station. A very good restaurant, Strada Romana, on Via Teodorico. I expected some noise from the street, being so close to the station, but I slept well.
