I couldn’t stay because they had no rooms even though I booked well in advance, which is disrespectful. When I made the reservation six months ago, they didn’t honor it and cancelled without notice. I arrived at the hotel and they told me there were no available rooms, even though I wanted to pay for my reservation ahead of time; they refused and said I would have to pay directly at the hotel, which was unfair. After I arrived at night they sent me to another hotel with terrible infrastructure and no comfort like the one I had booked. I don’t recommend this hotel. They don’t respect reservations made far in advance.

Only the chocolate at breakfast was good. The furniture was dirty or dusty, the facilities were very old, and the food was not what I expected.

The location and the bed in the double room were comfy compared with the single room. At first the staff gave me a different room than the one I booked, and they didn’t provide complete information at the start (breakfast time, check‑out, facilities, WIFI password…) as hotels usually do when checking in, so repeatedly asking was kind of annoying.
