The location was spot‑on, the room was clean, comfy, and offered stunning village views, and the breakfast was very nice. The only downside was the many stairs to our room, which was a hassle when we arrived and left with our luggage.

“Good location, but not worth the cost”

The location was good and the breakfast, which had a cold food buffet, was decent. However, we paid over £700 for two rooms for two nights, which felt like poor value for money. The rooms were small; our bedroom had scratches on the wall and missing parts on the door handle, and the other bedroom was tiny. For that price I expected a luxurious experience. There was also no lounge or nice spot to relax in the evening—only the breakfast restaurant.

“good and comfortable”

The location was fine, the breakfast was good, the mattress was comfortable, the staff were pleasant, and parking was free. It was slightly overpriced, and it would be nice to have bottled water in the room. Some bathroom shelves would also be useful.
