Nice rooms, but breakfast ran out and I had to keep asking for refills on many items.

The reception staff didn’t speak Spanish, which was disappointing.

It’s a nice property, yet at night around the dumpsters near the Moxies parking lot, there are ALOT OF RATS climbing in and out, and they even wander into the parking lot among the cars.

The rooms are spacious and the breakfast was good, but the hotel shared photos of a nearby wellness center and I was misled into thinking the hotel itself had that atmospheric outdoor space; we even went there, only to find a small, cramped pool next to a parking lot.

The kitchen timer was broken and the kitchen desk was not fitted; the board fell.
