The facilities are nice, and the wet area is really good. However, the check-in process was pretty informal and lacking in attention - I didn't even get a proper welcome. Also, there weren't any drink, snack, or food services available on site, which was a bit disappointing.

We loved it here - the natural surroundings, stunning views, and incredibly friendly staff and admin made for a fantastic stay. The facilities are lovely, and it's a great spot to unwind and get away from the city. We were really happy with our stay and would definitely recommend it.

The pool area and view were definitely the highlights of our stay, but that's about where the positives end. The service was unfriendly, the room was a mess, and we had to deal with a ton of bugs, which led to a downgrade. The breakfast was bland and unchanging - we literally had to go to the supermarket for decent food. It was a stressful and unpleasant experience, and locals even warned us about the place.
