Everything was perfect! Thank you! I would have liked a taxi called for me at departure instead of being told to wait for one outside the hotel; I waited half an hour and could have missed my flight, especially with heavy traffic.

The room felt very clean, but being in the city centre meant the shower’s water pressure was weak.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and the cleanliness, amenities and sheer amount of facilities in the room amazed me, although the bed was hard and the futon’s cover came off easily, making sleep uncomfortable.
