The area is nice, but the room had no shower or toilet. It was loud because the communal kitchen was right in front of the room.

It lives up to the monastery name – it’s a bit dull, but fine for a single night. It lacks coziness, yet everything else works well. It looks good from the outside, but inside it’s boring. Maybe the price is a bit high for the uninteresting interior, but it’s an old monastery after all.

The historic setting is nice, but the rooms shown online looked very appealing – the ones in the annex were Spartan. It was cold in the room, only the bathroom was heated. Some furniture was patched up (bathroom). Parking costs extra, even though there should be plenty of guest parking. The breakfast room is attractive but too small for the number of guests.

Great location… lots of nature and quiet. The bed wasn’t great, and the room was right in front of the shared kitchen.
