The staff was very friendly and generous. They were responsive to our needs and concerns, frequently giving more than we needed and sharing extra snacks with us. The rooms were pretty clean, well decorated and spacious. Our first room had a massive jacuzzi (seriously you could fit 4 people in it I think) and even a sauna. The breakfast was very generous for most of the days we were there. I think at one point my girlfriend and I were the only guests remaining and at this point the breakfast selection did understandably shrink quite a lot, but before that they had a large buffet with lots to choose from. The location is pretty good, you can walk to many beautiful sightseeing locations in under 20 minutes, there are lots of small shops around, and many restaurants that you can walk to in probably under a minute. The rooms on the higher floors have a wonderful view!. Some of the fixtures are not well maintained. In the first room, the jacuzzi basically didn't work at all. You couldn't switch it from the wand to the spout to fill it properly, you couldn't adjust the jet pressure, you couldn't drain it, you couldn't change the water temperature through the entire range. Luckily they did move us to a new room when we brought this to their attention. The new room had a smaller jacuzzi and no sauna, but we did gain windows with a beautiful view and a very large private balcony. Unfortunately, the jacuzzi in the new room also had a problem with the drain mechanism and didn't function without manually pulling up on the plug which was difficult. The toilet paper roll holder also kept falling off the stud in the wall. Lastly, the pillows/carpets on the balcony smelled bad due to getting wet from the rain

Very nice owners who upgraded us to a nicer room twice! Rooms were clean, super nice and spacious. Sauna at the end of a cold day was great to have. We also stayed one night in the room with the jacuzzi that was amazing. Nice views from the breakfast room. Great location. Great service. Everything was great
