The location is good, but the staff are extremely unfriendly. I think this is the most unpleasant staff I’ve ever encountered at a hotel. Horrible.

The view from my room was stunning, and the space itself was large and comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and offered a wide variety of options. On the downside, there were no mirrors in the bedroom, and the bathroom didn’t have enough towels—especially problematic when guests shower twice a day in summer. The daily renewal of amenities was lacking; Nespresso capsules weren’t refilled. The first‑line sunbeds at the pool were free on Saturday but cost €200 on Sunday.

Es la habitación de mi hijo que no tenía controlada. De todas maneras informaros de que ha sido primera y última vez que venimos a este hotel. Hemos estado alojados en la habitación 332C y dado que estoy acostumbrado a viajar a hoteles de esta categoría es inadmisible dormir en una habitación en la que la privacidad y el ruido es inexistente en tanto en cuanto existe habitación contigua separada por una puerta que no evita para nada el ruido de dicha habitación. En concreto esta noche no nos hemos podido dormir hasta que la habitación del al lado ha tenido por bien dormirse. IMPOSIBLE DORMIR. Asimismo, esta mañana he solicitado un kit de afeitado con el resultado de terminar afeitado con la cara llena de cortes por la bajísima calidad del kit que se supone en un hotel de estas características estoy detalles se deben tener en cuenta. Y ya por no seguir deciros que las toallas que se utilizan en los baños tienen la misma calidad que el kit de afeitado a parte de que éramos tres y solo había una toalla. Ah y servicio de cobertura por la noche de la habitación inexistente también. En fin, que no corresponde de ninguna manera la categoría que le dáis al hotel con los servicios que se ofrecen. Para nada. Y es una pena dada la muy buena ubicación del hotel
