“Confortable”
The room lighting was a bit off, but everything else was perfect.
“Todo bien pero”
The restaurant, location, overall service and security were good, but the hotel should focus on fixing wear‑and‑tear details, like the easy‑to‑repair door in room 7, paint and other maintenance; the gym is useless and could be replaced with something better.
“Great experience - fully recommended”
The room was spotless, the facilities were top‑class, and the staff were warm and welcoming. The restaurant served excellent food, especially the pizza, which I highly recommend. The only hiccup was the shower water temperature fluctuating, but overall it was still a pleasant shower experience.
This place works well: good location, clean rooms, and the staff are great.
The à‑la‑carte breakfast was decent and the restaurant and café waitstaff were very friendly. Unfortunately the hair‑dryer didn’t work, the gym was disappointing (though there’s a much better one nearby called Jeremy’s), and the restaurant prices were quite high.
