The location was peaceful, remote, and well-equipped. You have to drive a little to get there, but the seaside setting is lovely. Depending on which building you stay in, you’ll need to go to the neighboring building for cooking, though breakfast is available in both buildings.

The beds were comfortable and the rooms were a respectable size. The location was very quiet and pleasant. The shared areas need renovation; when we arrived, there were no other guests and it felt a bit abandoned. There were several dead flies in all the spaces.

Staying at the guesthouse near the farm and lake was fantastic; the double room was immaculately clean, comfy, and had a very modern, pleasant design, with plenty of photos of the farm animals around. In the morning we saw rock ptarmigans right outside our window – amazing! The only downside was that the kitchen lacks an air fryer or multi‑cooker, which would make it even more convenient for guests who want to cook their own meals.
