We had agreed with the manager that we could park the car in the courtyard from noon, but no one was reachable by phone and the staff on site didn’t understand us. Consequently we had to leave the car in the opposite parking garage, which cost 12€, until we could park in the Palais courtyard. Then we were charged a 15€ parking fee, totaling 27€. Very frustrating.

The location is very good, yet the place needs major renovations. It was very dirty, with old hair stuck to the shower wall, rusted furniture, a worn‑out and old bathroom, dust mites everywhere, no Wi‑Fi, and the room on the 5th floor had no elevator.

Freundlichkeit vom Personal.zentrale Lage ist top.parkhaus gegenüber ist perfekt. Bar war um 22.00 Uhr schon geschlossen.obwohl noch geöffnet haben sollte bis 23.00 Uhr
