The staff, especially Mrs. Gloria and Miss Luciana, were very friendly, charismatic, and helpful at all times, making my daytime shift stay enjoyable. The tours they offer are top quality, but guests should know that entrance fees to archaeological sites are extra. The bathroom service could use improvement: the toilet tank fill makes a loud noise and the bathroom door creaks loudly. The mattresses were uncomfortable, with a hollow spot on one and the other side of the bed sagging; the pillows were hard. Breakfast service from Mrs. Sonia was lacking; the bread was stale, and when I mentioned it, she only replied, “there’s a toaster,” showing no willingness to help, so I didn’t eat breakfast for three of the four days I was entitled to.

The hotel’s location is close to Cusco’s Plaza de Armas, but the staff weren’t very friendly and the breakfast was unsatisfactory, with the bread being very hard.
