“Had a terrible time with them canceling on me.”
I couldn’t stay at the property because the city closed it for the weekend. They cancelled my stay because of that closure.
It was the worst place ever; I left to find another hotel.
They cancelled my reservation, there was nothing to like, and they also didn’t disclose the $80 parking fee.
I arrived as a solo traveller only to find my room had been cancelled, leaving me with nowhere to stay and no prior notice. The staff were indifferent, rude, and unhelpful.
Nothing positive. The hotel shut down; we’d driven 4.5 hours from home, but we managed to arrange new accommodation.
