The food was very good overall, the physical spaces were large and well used, the rooms were very clean and tidy, and the mini‑golf course was great—a rare alternative. The board‑game area was poorly maintained, with neglected tables and equipment.

Breakfasts were excellent, offering tamales in addition to the usual eggs and hot dishes with great seasoning, and the bar was open 24 hours. The largest pool had people with a loud speaker, and if you don’t like the music it can be uncomfortable.

The place is spacious, the room comfortable, and you can come and go at any time without trouble; I liked that the hotel is expanding its common areas. Overall the service was very good, most waiters were attentive. Every day a different excursion arrived, the crowd noticeably increased, making the pool feel a bit sluggish because it’s so full. The price of the salchipapas—just sausages and potatoes, no cheese or eggs—felt exaggerated at $36,000 for a small plate, but it’s normal and much higher than an average lunch.

The place was spotless and orderly, and the staff treated us kindly; the facilities felt almost heavenly. We tried to use the sauna and Turkish bath, but it didn’t work – one was turned on, water sprayed out with eucalyptus steam, and the other never lit up with the key.
