The location and facilities such as the sauna, pool, ping‑pong table, and restaurant are good, but the food is disappointing.
The staff were great, friendly and helpful, but there is a smell in the hotel and rooms, and the spa equipment makes strange noises.
The place was well situated and I liked the room—it was roomy and had everything I needed for a short stay—but I wasn’t impressed by the restaurant or the so‑called spa.

The breakfast was good, but the rest was awful: the staff were rude, dinner was reheated, dead insects were plucked from the window frame, the shower was glued to the wall with a horrible paste and had hair and mold, and the bed was oddly set up with the mattress partially exposed.

The location was fantastic and the receptionist was extremely helpful, but the hotel itself showed a lot of wear – plaster was falling off the walls in the room, the bathroom tub had mould, breakfast started at 8:00 but by 8:40 everything was gone and they made no effort to replenish, the doors lacked seals so with the window open you could hear them knocking all night and the neighboring rooms suffered the same because the walls are paper‑thin, there was no air‑conditioning, and throughout our stay no one cleaned the room or changed the towels, which was disappointing for a three‑star property.
