The amenities, the staff and the hospitality were all top‑class, yet the rooms suffered from outside noise, poor insulation and a loud air conditioner.

The internet was weak, room service was subpar, and the food on special nights was disappointing. The internet provision was poor for a 5‑star hotel, room service meals were poor, and the room cleaning left damp towels that were almost wet.
