It was an unforgettable way to unwind, with a river nearby where you can sit on benches and watch; breakfast was exquisite and Mrs Rut provided very kind service. The cleaning was flawless, even the smell screamed cleanliness! There are two beautiful, affectionate dogs on the property.

Breakfast, the surroundings, heating, and staff attention were all great. There was a bit of noise coming from the neighboring rooms, though.

The location is an exceptional park with volcano views and a river exit that isn’t fully utilized, but the whole place is beautiful. We’ve stayed several times and have always been received in an incredible way. Everything was good, but travelers should know it’s a bit far from downtown Pucón and requires a car.
