Garden views are visible from the Standard Queen Room. The air‑conditioned space contains a large double bed for two guests, a flat‑screen satellite TV, a tea and coffee maker, a seating area and a dining area. A private bathroom offers a shower and free toiletries.
“Commucation compliquée”
The hotel's riverside location was lovely, but unfortunately, that was about where the positives ended. Communication with the staff was a nightmare, and I had trouble paying with my card. The manager was nowhere to be found, and the staff seemed lost without any clear direction. They didn't speak much English, and we had to rely on Google Translate to get by. To top it all off, I never got a receipt for my payment, and there were no shops nearby.
I was really looking forward to staying here, but unfortunately, it was a letdown. The room was a mess, with a cockroach infestation under the bed and a dead insect on the bed. The air conditioning was also super weak, and the bathroom was a disaster when I showered - the water would flood and the drain would get clogged all the time. On top of that, the room smelled strongly of insect spray and it was just really disappointing.
