“Went to visit family , it was very central to everything that we wanted”
Everything was spot on—exactly what we wanted, nothing to complain about.
“One of my favorite stays”
The place has a nice charm, a perfect spot, and the food is fabulous, though they removed the lobby fireplace, which isn’t a good idea.
“Lovely stay, very friendly staff and a lovely breakfast. Would definitely stay here again if in the area”
Very close to attractions and the town centre, the property and rooms are nice, but the room ended up being smaller than what we saw and paid for when we booked.
“Very relaxing and enjoyable, staff were very helpful”
The breakfast was excellent and the location was great, but the décor could use a refresh, a few minor repairs are needed, and some carpets looked a bit worn.
The food and the ales were great, and there’s nothing else to note.
