The location was great, the terrace lovely, the elevator took us straight to the apartment, the bathroom was nice, and a water dispenser was available; the only complaints were that the terrace chairs were extremely uncomfortable, a lounge chair would have been more relaxing, the safe couldn’t be used until the end, and the repair didn’t work.

The location was spot on, but the stairs to climb were a real hassle.

The spot is perfect if you want to be in the middle of the Ponte Vecchio buzz, just a few hundred feet from the bridge entrance, with plenty of street traffic to observe below the apartment; the rooms are well insulated so street noise isn’t an issue, the unit is compact but modern, well designed and kept in good condition, and the balcony overlooking the street is a cozy spot to sit and enjoy the surroundings. The only shortfall was that the property lacks an interior sitting area, but the balcony with its table and chairs compensates for that.

The spot, the terrace, the decor were great, yet opening the fridge proved difficult.

The rooms were spacious and close to shops and restaurants, impeccably clean, and the kitchenette was lovely. Because we were new to the area, we didn't realize how loud the crowds would get late at night, and the check‑in and check‑out instructions we received were inadequate.
