The place was spacious, sophisticated, and maintained to a high standard by housekeeping. Shannon and the reception team delivered the best customer care, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone soon.

The décor was very tasteful, the rooms were spacious, and the hotel’s proximity to Orchard Road and various food options was convenient. The rooftop bar offered a nice setting and view, and the courtesy car was a bonus. The only downside was that the courtesy car only starts at 11 am, so we couldn’t use it for breakfast.

The hotel’s location was great, and the gym and pool looked nice even though we didn’t get to use them. I appreciated the architecture and the tropical plants that were sprinkled throughout the building. The AC units weren’t cold enough, so we had to switch rooms several times until the third room finally worked. The construction noise from the next door was awful, but the third room was on the back side and high enough to escape it. The staff did a good job moving us around. Even though the hotel is only a couple of years old, the rooms showed more wear than expected – furniture and bathrooms had stains and weren’t pristine.
