The place was clean, organized, and had free Wi‑Fi, with staff who were very friendly. The bathroom had dampness, and every shower caused a splash that drifted into the room; I also missed a place to store my things on the sink counter and thought another mirror in the room would have helped.

The check‑in took too long and the receptionist was incompetent; she handed our room to someone else, charged my card before I even arrived even though payment was supposed to be at the property, and the staff assumed I hadn’t paid, threatening a double charge unless I told them I had. The shower leaked heavily and flooded the bathroom.

The waitress was professional, fantastic, and extremely friendly; I was very happy with her.

The front‑desk lady and Ronnie, who ran the breakfast café, were both wonderful, helpful, and sweet during our visit, and the parking was great. The shower lacked a wall or curtain, but when we asked for a clean‑up, the staff made the bathroom and room look spotless when we returned from sightseeing.
