The hotel was filthy, with a rat infestation and a nest in the room; in the morning the floor was covered in droppings, the pool was full of bugs as if no maintenance was done, and I’d advise everyone to avoid it. They didn’t apologize and only offered a cleaning before my next booking; I’ve attached photos.

The cabin was clean, organized, and well‑located near the common areas, making it quiet and cool for sleep; the gardens and green spaces were well cared for and overall the service was very good. The only downside was that the restaurant closes at 7:15 pm and there are no nearby places to eat after that, so you have to go to the main park or order at that early hour if you’re not ready to eat so soon. The facilities show some wear: the bathroom had only one water tap, no hot shower in the terminal, and the common area lockers were in the same condition; some furniture in the main room also needs repair. It’s worth fixing these small details.

The pool was fine. The toilet didn’t flush properly, the mattress was hard, and the shower floor was very dirty.
