The hotel's location was perfect, but unfortunately, that was about where the positives ended.
The hotel's staff were super friendly and helpful, which made a big difference during my stay.
The room was spotless and the shampoo and conditioner had a lovely scent.

It was nice that the property had a large public bath, yet staying in a room on the same floor as the bath meant I could hear other guests constantly and I barely slept.

The rooftop pool was fantastic and breakfast offered a great variety of dishes, and I had no complaints at all.
When I called, the staff member answered the phone with a wonderful and helpful attitude.

The big communal bath was comfortable and the night view was beautiful, but there were noticeable dirty spots here and there—tables in the dining area were left filthy and cups had grime on them.

The staff always smiled, the parking lot was spacious and they even provided a toothbrush, but there was only one elevator which took far too long, the bath switched between men and women unexpectedly, its drainage was terrible, the walls were so thin you could hear everything, and the rooms were tiny and cramped.
