“Einfaches Hotel in sehr guter Lage zur Altstadt”

The room was simple in an older hotel but in a very good location within walking distance of the old town; a motorcycle can be parked in an inner courtyard, the breakfast was excellent, and my needs as a motorcycle rider on the RGDA were met.

After staying for a long period, I felt at home, greeted warmly yet discreetly, and the family‑like vibe was comforting; the breakfast was varied, flavors were chosen well, and the coffee was excellent; my room was well organized with a wardrobe, shelves, a table, lighting, balcony access, a comfortable bed, a power outlet near the bed, and daily housekeeping by the staff; it was quiet at night even though the road on the Italy/Briançon axis was lively during the day; the 24‑hour key‑card system gave us autonomy; the location was ideal and the hotel parking right at the historic city gate offered peace and savings; thanks a lot to my hosts.

The place was perfectly located on the main road, the beds were good, the air was fresh with the veranda door slightly ajar, and the price was very good.
