The place is old and needs a refresh; the bed is lumpy and the pillows are poor.

The location is good, but the hotel needed a serious update and one staff member was really rude.

The location is fine, but the carpet was sticky and there were no outlets by the bed.

The staff were lovely and the room was a nice size; having a mini fridge and microwave in the room was a nice touch, and I liked the toiletries in the bathroom, including the makeup‑removing wipes. The mattress could be comfier, a little more firm than I like, and the ice machine on my floor wasn’t working.

The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained; the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. The location was also very convenient, and I really enjoyed my stay. Nothing major stood out during my stay, so overall I had a very pleasant experience.
