The hosts were very friendly and the location was superb.

The location was really quiet, the rooms were spacious and even had two TVs. Breakfast was excellent, always checked, and our requests were met. I had pleasant chats with the host and got useful tips. There were enough parking spots. The beds were very comfortable. The only downside was the many stairs to the room and no elevator, but we were told about that beforehand.
