The location was fantastic—quiet forest and a clean beach. There was a kids' playground, a trampoline, and spots to play tennis and basketball. The staff were friendly and helped with our requests, and the cottage design was lovely. However, cleanliness was an issue: I kept finding items with stains, dust, or cobwebs. Tap water had a strong swamp smell that lingered on my hands and hair. About half the lights were out, and the ones that worked didn't illuminate the rooms, giving a cellar‑like feel. Finding staff was a quest; near the pool there was no one, and the lounge chairs were dirty with no mattresses, so we couldn't use them.

This time we booked the new warm saunas with panoramic views; everyone loved them and I recommend giving them a try. The location is unique, the view is wonderful, and the peaceful atmosphere makes for a real getaway.
The fireplace in our cottage was a winter wonderland, providing warmth even during power outages. The hot water was always available, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the stunning views of the Kaniv Reservoir and the peaceful atmosphere of the resort. However, finding the resort was a bit challenging due to poor signage and a lack of advertising, and we almost got lost in the dark.
It was an amazing place.

I especially appreciated the pet-friendly atmosphere, as we traveled with our pet.
