“scammers”
We booked two rooms for two people at a 5‑star hotel, the only filter we used, expecting no surprises; upon arrival we found the place dirty, full of insects, and the reception staff refused to cancel or provide proof of the 5‑star status, acting insolently, so we moved to another hotel and now the hotel refuses to refund us, forcing us to report to the authorities in the Netherlands and Bangladesh.
Room, food and facilities were good; nothing else to add.

Clean, friendly staff, convenient transfer. In the room there was a non‑working hair dryer, and sometimes the cleaning staff forgot to leave toiletries.
