“Falando a verdade”

The cleaning was terrible: the floor was already dirty when I arrived, with grime stuck on the bathroom and bedroom floors, and a horrible cigarette smell in the room with no neutralizer—this really made it hard to sleep. Everything else was fine.

“Mai più”

The only good thing was the location, just a few meters from the Cipro metro line. Every other aspect was bad: the windows wouldn’t close, so it got very cold at night; the walls were thin and you could hear every noise; the bed definitely had bedbugs, we were full of bites; the bedside lamp didn’t work, and when I turned it on the power cut out from the breaker.

The place is well positioned near the metro and relatively quiet, and the room is pretty welcoming overall. The bed was uncomfortable with faulty slats that needed replacing, and the room didn’t match the photos. It might be a bit pricey, but compared to the average rates it’s acceptable.

“Biggest scam”

The check‑in was a nightmare: the manager started screaming at us for no reason, then demanded extra payment because we were two people but had booked for one. We ended up paying more. We had “breakfast included” in our booking, but she first told us it wasn’t, then after seeing the reservation she gave us breakfast vouchers. The breakfast was a scam—just coffee and a croissant, nothing else. The property looked nothing like a hotel, just a big apartment block, and the staff were the worst part.

“A funcionária tratou nos super mal em plena madrugada”

The staff treated us terribly.
