The manager was rude, we left immediately, and he refused service to my service animal despite me telling him it was illegal; he also claimed a $100 deposit was required when we booked, though the rate was $40. We booked a handicapped room, but he insisted they had none.

They accommodated people with challenges, but the desk attendant spoke fluent English while the rest of the staff struggled to communicate.

The hotel was right off the highway, close to many restaurants and stores, and had new washers and dryers; the staff were excellent. The room was clean, but the shower leaked water onto the floor during use.
