The location is convenient, close to the main attractions, and early check‑in after a very early train was nice. When it rained, I borrowed an umbrella from them, which was helpful. The price is good for the value. The shower had hot water, AC and a fan worked, and the Wi‑Fi was decent. My room had two windows facing the building in front, so I could see and hear everything the neighbors were doing; it was extremely loud because of nearby bars and restaurants, so bring earplugs. I asked the night before if they could help me book an Uber the next morning for my very early train, since Uber doesn’t pick up from the old town and I had heavy luggage. The staff member said yes, no problem. In the morning, the staff member who opened the door for me barely spoke a word of English and didn’t help me book the ride. Because of him I was so stressed that I almost missed my train. Luckily a tuk‑tuk driver passed by, otherwise I would have missed it.

“Regret”

No power backup, below‑average cafe, no view from anywhere, and rooms are not kept clean. Everything else was lacking.

I was happy with the location, but the bed felt a bit uncomfortable and it was very noisy.
