“Decepcionante”
The only bright spot was the waiters, who were great, and the food was decent if you only stayed a week like we did; we had half‑board and it turned out to be the same weekly menu, which would have been a problem if we’d been told beforehand and could have eaten elsewhere. A couple of days is fine, but the same meals all week is awful. The balcony light stayed on all night, so you can’t sleep with the windows open. The shower screen isn’t sealed with silicone, so the whole bathroom gets wet when you shower. The pool is barely maintained; you can’t even have a Coke by the pool area. The dog area is dry and full of dry sticks that stick out, making it impossible for pets to walk. I brought my dog to breakfast hoping they’d set up a room for me, but because they had priority for guests, they never prepared it. The parking area lights are unpleasant and make maneuvering hard. They sell relaxation packs at the pool, so once a week they let clients out early so outsiders can relax. Overall, I don’t recommend it and will never return.

We really liked the views, the location, the delicious breakfast, everything was well maintained and looked beautiful. Occasionally the cleaning was lacking, but nothing serious.
