Everything essential was present, the bathtub was clean, but the room felt a bit dirty and the dishes were old. There weren't enough microwaves.

The host stayed in touch, responded quickly, and the resort vibe was great. Cats were around and the host suggested a dinosaur‑theme beach that I really liked; it was close to the car. The photos of the accommodation looked much better than reality. The house is old, windows are old, there was spiderwebs, the mosquito net was torn, and the dish sponge was dirty. During our stay there was no hot water; pressure and water existed, the boiler was there, but no hot water. The host offered to wash my hair in a vacant room where water was available, which was inconvenient because I expected ready access to hot water. At check‑in, we were handed keys after a quick walk‑through; the host was not home, and the room lacked the promised amount of linens and towels, with almost an empty toilet paper roll and no backup. We had to call to ask for towels, linens, and paper. It was resolved quickly, but it would have been better if everything was ready before our arrival, especially since this information is known beforehand. Cats on the property are both a plus and a minus because of the smell. Also, communication in Russian is irrelevant to the apartments but matters for service in Ukraine.
