Having a large public bath with a sauna on the first floor was a real lifesaver after a long trip, and although the room felt cramped, the bed was very comfortable. The toiletries supplied in the room were sufficient for everything I needed, and the beer‑in‑a‑cup stand right by the front desk was a clever touch. I swapped my usual breakfast for a croissant that turned out to be delicious, and the overall value‑for‑money approach clearly aimed to keep guests happy. On the downside, the parking fee of 800 yen was far higher than the 300‑400 yen charged at nearby lots or the second‑closest garage.

“comfy stay but staff can be unhelpful..”

The room is decently sized and comfortable. It is also very near to the train station so its convenient. The staff can be unhelpful. Tried to ask for help but she simply refuse to attempt to use any translating tool and made me wait for nothing till i approached the male staff. The male staff made me wait unnecessarily when attending to my check out matter when i had to rush for a train. He stopped my check out halfway to attend to the other 2 customers instead

The staff were all very helpful, but the loft room had a few hair strands and stains on the loft bed sheets, so I stopped using it.
