I was close enough to Gatlinburg to walk, yet far enough to avoid the crowds, but the remote control lacked a battery and there was no body wash in the shower.

The location was the best, rooms were decent for the price we paid, beds were decent, and everything worked fine.

The place is super close to downtown, though parking could use more space.

It was a good overall experience

The only disappointment was that the shower barely had warm water; otherwise the place was very clean, the bed very comfortable, and I might stay again despite the lack of hot water.
