The location and staff were great, but I did notice a few minor issues such as the lack of soap and other liquids.

Location only I like. 1) We orders 3 Bed, but they provided only 2 bed and normal bed provided 2) No TV remote to see different channels 3) Drinking water not provided 4) During booking, deluxe room shows, but it like delux room 5) Cleaning to be improved

The hotel staff informed me that no rooms were available, so I didn’t stay there, and their response was unsatisfactory.

N/A. Room was big and spacious for a family of 5 and cot and extra bed was good but lift was not there and for really aged people it will be difficult to climb till 2nd floor. Hospitality can be better
