The bath was spacious. The facilities are old, which is understandable, but it would have been nice to see some creative touches that emphasize the Showa era. There is no guest‑feedback sheet in the room.

The public bath’s water quality and temperature were good. However, the floor in the pre‑bathroom was wet, the washbasin had no hot water, and the sliding doors at the bath entrance and the open‑air bath entrance didn’t close properly, stopping halfway.

The building has an old‑world feel, but the interior is very clean and comfortable. The futons were clean and pleasant, and the bath had almost no hair, so it was not uncomfortable. We stayed two nights but opted for a no‑meal room because we had an early morning. Next time I’ll try a meal‑included stay. Because it was Valentine’s, the hotel sent a lovely gift from a shop to the room, which was a thoughtful touch. The warm service left a good impression. The building’s age caused some creaking floors in certain spots, but that’s expected for a historic inn, and overall cleanliness prevented major complaints.
