✅️ One of the few hotels where the pictures truly reflect what you get. 100% recommend! ✅️ It offers the ultimate relaxation experience. ✅️ Rooms are super comfortable (no AC, but the weather is very pleasant). ✅️ There’s a large, comfortable pool. ✅️ A jacuzzi is available and can be reserved. ✅️ No TV 📺, but you don’t need one because the facilities let you relax. ✅️ The garden is spectacular. ✅️ The staff, especially DANIELA and JESÚS, give you a home‑like feeling; the hotel’s management should keep these people as they make the stay special for all guests. ✅️ Water from the shower is hot with good pressure. ❌️ Because the property has a huge garden, there are many mosquitoes that can be a bit uncomfortable, but the provided repellent solved that.

The garden is very beautiful, an oasis in the heart of Cuernavaca. The street behind the hotel is very noisy on weekend evenings, with a lot of traffic and a narrow sidewalk at the exit. The hotel is not at all suitable for the outside.

The place is excellent; the house looks like a small museum, has pleasant rooms, and the entire property is full of green areas. The library and dining room stand out. The location is also great, just two blocks from the center. Breakfast is good and the staff’s attention is the best part. We’re very grateful and hope to return soon. They also let us bring our pet in.

The hotel is beautiful, full of vegetation, elegant facilities, but like a country house; it’s unforgettable. The service is 10/10, always friendly and courteous, worth it.
