The spot is great, just a 10‑minute walk to Piazza Bra. The staff were friendly, and the hotel has its own garage, though it’s a bit tight. Breakfast was good, but they ran out of whole‑grain bread. Because the building is a bit tucked in (we stayed in the side wing), the escape routes and fire safety equipment look very thorough. The on‑site restaurant, Ostinati, is decent.

I only stayed in Verona for 1 night and for that it was the perfect place. The hotel room was simple, but had everything I needed. It was very close to the center, the breakfast was great, the staff was friendly, enough space for my luggage, the air con worked well (even too well), and it was close enough to the train station. The room was a bit simplistic, but that wasn't a problem, overall I enjoyed my stay

The location and the staff are fantastic! Marsha, in particular, was so helpful and a delight. She was very knowledgeable and offered excellent recommendations. I highly recommend this place.
