This place was really clean and had a lot of space, which was a nice surprise
The staff was really friendly and I liked that the hotel was close to the station

“Emplacement idéal”
Our room didn’t match the photo on the booking site. Nevertheless, although a bit old‑fashioned, the bedding was comfortable and clean, the bathroom was also clean, and the air conditioning was flawless. The placement was perfect because a convenience store was next door and the metro station was very close.
“Perfecta estada de 6 dias”
The proximity to Shinjuku Station and the ease of traveling around Japan for six days is fantastic, though the neighborhood feels a bit immigrant‑heavy but overall calm.

The location is fine, but the AC leaked the whole time we had it on.

The hotel is incredibly close to the station, which is a huge plus. However, I would steer clear of any room on the ground floor; because the entrance is on the same level, you constantly hear people chatting, and the microwave is often in use late at night, making the whole area very noisy. On top of that, the cleaning was sloppy and the room was dirty.
