Everything was perfect—no faults at all, the owners and staff were very pleasant and polite, and nothing required too much effort. I definitely recommend this place to everyone; I couldn’t find any fault, so just keep up the good work—it seems to be working well.

The staff and owners were friendly and made us feel very welcome; the atmosphere was fantastic, and nothing bothered the staff, who were always happy and smiling. The food and drinks were very cheap and affordable, and the meals were tasty with generous portions for the price—truly exceptional! The room was comfortable and clean, the only issue being the shower head was high and it was hard to set the right temperature, but that was no big deal.

Everything here is brilliant. The owner is very friendly, the staff are helpful, and the food is really good and offers great value. Nothing to complain about.

The beds were quite small.

The location was perfect for everything you need, close to town and the train station, but the room was dirty with black mould on the taps, the carpet was covered in fur and hair, the Wi‑Fi kept dropping out, and to top it off I got bitten by bugs in the room. I was disappointed because the downstairs area looked clean and well run, and I liked the venue and the staff, but the upstairs really needs sorting out. I was surprised how bad it was given the reviews here, and I hope this is taken seriously and fixed long‑term; trade is hard enough without repeat bad experiences like this one.
