The hotel sits in beautiful, peaceful surroundings; the room was spacious, comfortable, and very pleasant, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and courteous, making our stay truly enjoyable.

The view was spectacular and the staff were courteous, yet the buffet served the same dishes for both breakfast and dinner, offering insufficient variety and portions that left us still hungry; if they keep the buffet format, they should enhance the flavors and add more hearty Fukushima specialties. Housekeeping inside the hotel was mostly fine, but I didn’t realize that I had to request room cleaning by the day before or it wouldn’t be done, which really lowered the room’s comfort. Also, the pool water was murky, making it impossible to see while swimming—a problem that didn’t exist before—so please keep the water clear.

All the staff were extremely helpful, making my stay comfortable, the scenery was breathtakingly beautiful like a true resort hotel, and both dinner and breakfast were exceptionally tasty.
