“Very very nonsense attitude”
They cancelled my reservation after I arrived—no prior notice, so I had to find another hotel at the last minute. It was terrible.
I had a terrible experience with the hotel booking, as I couldn't find the hotel after making a reservation through the platform. What's worse, the booking was fake, and I had already paid for it, but I couldn't get a refund. The whole situation was frustrating and left a bad taste in my mouth. I felt deceived by the platform's false representation of the hotel.
“Everything not same like photos... Everything so old... Not Clean... Aircond Problem”
