“bad experience”

Nothing much to praise, just that the location is good. The reception and cleaning staff were unfriendly and made us feel uneasy, except for Diego who treated us well. The room was dirty, with giant ants in the bed, and the humidity was awful. Water even leaked onto the hallway ceiling on the 5th floor, making the stay unpleasant.

“Mala experiencia”

I really had nothing to say except that the location was fine and Diego the receptionist was friendly. The staff’s service was very poor, both the receptionists and cleaning crew; only Diego stood out positively. The room wasn’t clean—giant ants were in the bed, the hallway ceiling leaked water onto our heads, and the damp smell was terrible.

“Un hotel para estar una noche”

The location and included parking were positives. However, this was my first time staying at a hotel for three days and the room was never cleaned. They told me they only clean on request, but not on Sundays. The internet password changes without notice once a week.

I stayed at Best Western Plus Hollywood/Aventura for a week and really liked it, so I’d recommend it for a trip to Miami. I personally appreciated the cleanliness in rooms and on the property, the friendly and helpful staff, the good breakfast selection, the clean and well‑maintained pool, and the convenient logistics—free parking on site and easy access to main roads. For those without a car, public transport stops are right next to the hotel. I had a great week here and would thank the staff for their hospitality.
