I came around 330 pm expecting that my room was ready, but unfortunately no. It wasnt READY at all. Had to wait for 45 MINS just for the cleaner to clean my room. If that so the hotel could just remind me to come late for the check in so I can go anywhere first eventhough it was mentioned that I can check in around 12pm. Really wasting my time and my daughter had to sleep at the lobby while waiting for the room. Not recommended to stay here. This is my first n last!

The price was reasonable and the hotel is close to zepp kl, making public transport easy to find, but the TV had no signal.
