“Good”
The location is great. Parking was a little confusing.
“Very nice place! Warm and inviting front desk people. Great location! Within walking distance of everything you want to”
The location is perfect, within walking distance of everything downtown. The only issue was the parking garage.
“Water is a necessity and brown water in tub and sink is unacceptable.”
The view and free breakfast were nice. When we arrived, the tub was running, and I walked in to find dark brown water blasting out with sediment; I was grossed out and went to the front desk. The clerk, who had just checked me in, said “oh yeah we just fixed a pipe on the roof it will start running clear soon.” I was still grossed out and went back upstairs; it eventually did clear, but my husband had to clean the tub because sand and stuff were still in it. Later that night, my daughter tried brushing her teeth, and even though the sink had been clear earlier, brown water shot out on her toothbrush, so she had to throw it away and couldn’t brush. It was disgusting, and no one ever checked on it as promised, nor did they warn us it could happen. The bathroom door was so heavy to slide that I got stuck once and smashed my finger; I had to get my son to slide the door open from the outside. The electrical outlets by the bed were too wide and barely held a plug, so my phone wouldn’t charge. Overall, a very bad experience.
