“Wyspa jest świetna”

The location was fantastic, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel looked nice from the outside. Inside, the warm, resort‑like vibe was pleasant without any over‑the‑top design—common sense reigned, and it was very clean. The downside was the linoleum in the bathrooms, a rarity these days. The breakfast was good but not spectacular; we only ate once and then headed to a local boulangerie the next days. For someone who doesn’t want to move around or has limited time, it’s fine, but the “3‑egg” omelettes didn’t turn up (we didn’t try them), though the jams and fresh croissants were delicious.

The location was good, clean, and the welcome was excellent, but I was not at all happy to be overcharged 20 % on the room price under the pretext of my booking through Les vicissitudes comptable; the hotel’s claim that booking fees are too high is irrelevant and they should stop passing those costs onto guests.

A freshly renovated hotel right in the heart of Saint Pierre d’Oléron, just steps from the main street and the covered market – perfect for exploring the island. The property offers a pool with lounge chairs, a billiards table, a foosball table, and an indoor ping‑pong table. Rooms are comfortable and air‑conditioned, and the buffet breakfast is generous. The staff are very friendly. A top spot on the IO.

The hotel was impeccably renovated, with comfortable, well‑equipped rooms. The Square is ideally positioned, a stone’s throw from St Pierre’s center. A short stay was very pleasant!
